Are you talking about the guy in this photo and in the fourth photo of this photoset?

Because if so, please tell me where you heard this boy was his brother. (they’re like my second tao otp after taoris lol)

Also, I’m not exactly knowledgeable on China laws but I’m thinking maybe it’s only for certain cities ???
