When you say you won't publish fan taken photos, what exactly does that mean? Because I've seen photos here that weren't released by SM but were taken by fans >< Do you mean photos with a watermark? (sorry my sometimes i don't understand something right, my english is kind of bad ><)

The rule only applies to the posts I handle. It’s the other admins’ choice if they want to publish fan taken photos or not, so the posts you saw were probably posted by another admin.

And to answer your question, yes, I mean photos with a watermark. I will post the submissions if the person shows me proof that they have permission to edit the fans’ photos.

Certain people that submit here will ask why their submissions aren’t being posted and it’s only because their submissions are fantaken photos. We have warned these people many times before but they still choose to come to this blog and complain.
